‘er laueyn’ is a small, independent pottery business based in London, United Kingdom. All products are handmade, meaning each piece is unique and may have slight variations in colour, size, or texture.

2. Products and Descriptions

I make every effort to describe and photograph items accurately. However, due to the handmade nature of pottery:

  • Dimensions are approximate

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings

  • Minor imperfections (e.g. glaze variation) are a natural part of handmade work

3. Orders

  • All orders are subject to availability.

  • Orders are confirmed only once payment is received.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time and will be outlined when progress starts on said project.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are in [GBP] and may change without notice.

  • Payment is accepted via secure third-party processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).

  • You are responsible for any import duties or taxes if ordering internationally.

5. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped from London using Royal Mail.

  • Estimated dispatch time: within 7 days approx.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

  • I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because all items are handmade:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (excluding custom orders).

  • Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be processed once items are received and inspected.

Exceptions:

  • Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

  • If an item arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.
